WHAT: 26th Annual Ultimate Disc Tournament Mud Bowl, with additional sponsors St. Vincent’s Health System, Brookwood Medical Center, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, and EBSCO Media, is free to the public. Check out intense Frisbee team competition and cheer for your favorites. Free snow cones to beat the heat, courtesy of Pucker Powder! Returning 2006 Champions are BE&K.

WHY: The annual Mud Bowl Ultimate Disc Tournament raises tens of thousands of dollars to help Pathways, a United Way agency, provide hot meals, clothing, employment training and supportive services for homeless women and their children as they find their own path towards independence.
